The vision of Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Position Toastmasters as an effective method of personal and career enhancement by building leadership skills.
• Promote the leadership track as a means of improving the overall effectiveness of Club leadership.
• Emphasize the leadership development opportunities available through service as a Club officer.
• Based on market research determine what is wanted/needed, refine and develop tools/programs directly related to success in the work place and the community. o Ensure that Toastmasters materials meet the graphics/design expectations of our target market.
• Emphasize the importance of core values and ethical behavior in our leadership development programs and materials.
• Create a culture in which Club leaders seek out and mentor leaders who can assume roles of responsibility in the future.
• Provide tools and resources to help decrease the burden of club volunteers
